Xtreme! Day 1

This picture was taken by Millie!

Today was the first day of Xtreme! Seminar in NYC. We were located near the Chelsea Piers in Boylan Studios, an awesome place to photograph and a swanky environment to learn. We caught a cab to the studio and saw Becker in the lobby! It was like meeting a famous person (in my world anyway), then went upstairs and met Jessica and Liana. The morning was good and the food was really good! After lunch we got to go outside and photograph a couple that we were assigned to. Shella and Will around the back alleys of New York.

Later in the day we went to eat at Bobby Flay's chic restaurant, the Mesa Grill. We had 15 people come along which was so much fun (sorry you weren't there Josh) and I tried Blue Crab Rellano and New Mexican Pork Tenderloin that was only cooked for 15 seconds. I let Egan eat most of it, in fact, Egan ate most of everyone's food! Ha! When our appetite had been fully satisfied we left for a quick trip on the subway. What a world it is down there. There were people playing cellos and accordions, and all sorts of people. We did see a few early costumes down on Time Square, men in thongs and panty hose. It was something that these conservative eyes don't ever need to see again (yikes!). We saw a group of latino rappers making a music video in the middle of the street, so we took a picture of them.

We came back to the hotel and are ready for bed. Really, really ready for bed.
