Apple Orchird

We went to the Apple Butter Festival in Idalou today! We scraped up enough dimes to buy a can of the Apple orchirds famous butter, maybe next year we can buy the apple bread too. This was Jonah's first trip to the orchird and he slept the whole time in momma's arms. Everyone was "oooing and aaaing" over him. There was a great bluegrass band who played the whole time we were there, Marla sat under the shade while we dug through wormy apples. We found 26 good ones and I made homemade apple cobbler!
